Patrick Johnson is Founder and Principal of 24 Street Ventures.  He has advised on over $10.0 billion of transactions and projects including new capital fundings for acquisitions, execution of divestitures, and project finance. 
Mr. Johnson has provided in-depth research, sourced capital and structured transactions in a variety of industries, as well as provided equity research, structured finance, merchant banking and bankruptcy-related services to such firms as JP Morgan Chase, Jefferies & Co, Simmons & Co, Enron Corp. and other oil and gas partnerships.   Mr. Johnson is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

   


Dennis M. Ulak  is a Senior Advisor to 24 Street Ventures.  He is a respected veteran of the energy industry with 30 years experience in organizing and leading teams and partnerships to invest and manage both upstream oil and gas exploration investments and related infrastructure investments. His extensive operating experience in Asia, Africa, Europe and North America has led to solid and continuing relationships in the domestic and international energy community where he continues to direct energy-related investments as well as advise on natural gas markets, acquisitions of upstream properties, market conditions and the structured financing of large and complex energy projects.
Mr. Ulak began his career as an attorney,  focusing on domestic and international oil and gas exploration and production.  He has held positions of CEO for international entities, has led integrated infrastructure development efforts in Qatar (LNG), Mozambique (direct reduction iron) and China (pipeline).
